With more than 25 years of experience in nursing education, I empower students to achieve their dream of becoming confident, skilled, and safe healthcare providers. Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, I combine expertise and real-world insight to help every student succeed on their journey.

As a former Dean of Nursing with teaching experience at the associate, bachelor’s, and master’s levels, I am uniquely equipped to assess and support the diverse needs of multi-generational learners throughout their nursing education journey. In 2025 alone, I have helped over 80 students successfully pass the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN, maintaining a 100% pass rate. Additionally, I have guided numerous nursing students in mastering effective test-taking strategies to strengthen their academic performance and exam readiness.

I bring extensive online and classroom teaching experience across a wide range of nursing courses, including Fundamentals, Medical-Surgical, Maternal-Child, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Health Assessment, Leadership, Research, and Pharmacology. I also instruct students in clinical rotations, Skills Labs, and Simulation Labs.
With a 100% NCLEX pass rate—including “Next Generation” questions—I specialize in supporting ESL and special needs students, helping every learner succeed and build confidence in their nursing practice.

As a single mom who once navigated a hearing disability, I understand the challenges of balancing work, life, and education. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing while working full-time and completing both traditional and online courses. I have also completed three years of my Doctoral Degree in Health System Leadership with an Academic Concentration. After serving as Dean of Nursing, I resigned to launch my own tutoring business, building a thriving student base entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.
If I told you there is ONE fundamental component you need to know to assist your success as a student, an educator, or as an administrator, would you make the investment?
