As a former Dean of Nursing with teaching experience at the associate, bachelor’s, and master’s levels, I am uniquely equipped to assess and support the diverse needs of multi-generational learners throughout their nursing education journey. In 2025 alone, I have helped over 80 students successfully pass the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN, maintaining a 100% pass rate. Additionally, I have guided numerous nursing students in mastering effective test-taking strategies to strengthen their academic performance and exam readiness.

I also instruct students in clinical rotations, Skills Labs, and Simulation Labs.
With a 100% NCLEX pass rate—including “Next Generation” questions—I specialize in supporting ESL and special needs students, helping every learner succeed and build confidence in their nursing practice.
